You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above. You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Infringes any third party's intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights
• Violates any law or regulation
• Is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Contains malware or other harmful code
• Constitutes unauthorized advertising or spam

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion, without notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by Meal Master AI and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express permission.

The Meal Master AI name and logo are trademarks of Meal Master AI. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Meal Master AI. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website or service that you visit.

Some content displayed in the App, such as recipes and nutritional information, may be sourced from third parties. While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features of our App may be available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription fee
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice

THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WHILE OUR APP PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANNING, THIS INFORMATION IS FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED AS MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE MAKING SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO YOUR DIET, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEAL MASTER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MEAL MASTER AI DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meal Master AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the App. Termination of your account may not necessarily remove your User Content from our systems.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
